All products sold benefit from the "satisfied or reimbursed" clause. In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days to return the products to us without having to justify the reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the package is received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer. 

The return slip will be sent directly to the customer if he/she is eligible for a return. A fee of €3. 99 will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.

LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to ask for the delivery note as proof if you return your parcel by your own means.  

If the withdrawal is requested by the Customer, LIZE CREATIONS will proceed to an exchange, a credit note or a full refund of the price of the item(s) within 14 days following the day the seller becomes aware of the Customer's withdrawal. In any case, this reimbursement cannot be made before LIZE CREATIONS recovers the item(s) subject to the Customer's retraction or before LIZE CREATIONS provides proof of the return of the item(s). 

In case of a refund request, the payment method will be the same as the onechosen at the time of the order except if the customer agrees with LIZE CREATIONS on a different method.

Refunds will only be accepted on condition that the item(s) concerned has/have not suffered depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and/or conformity.  

Defective product

If you find that the product received is defective or that there is an error, contact us using the form (under Customer Service) and specify the error. If there is indeed a defect or an error, we will reimburse you the return costs.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your order.

Items must be new, undamaged and complete. Do not return items without first contacting customer service!
